Sorry Readers!

I just want to say sorry to all of the blog reader because I haven’t been update my blog here.  It’s dealing with some family issues and trips.  But it’s all over now and I will keep you update in no time. =) Thanks for following my blog.

Part 1: How to use OFF page SEO strategies to increase your Page Ranking

SEO2

Search Engine Optimization strategy can split up to two; On page SEO and Off page SEO.  This article will show you how to do things off site to improve your search engine ranking.

For example; article marketing, blog commenting, etc.  Many off page SEO techniques can increase your site traffic and Google ranking in the long-term.  Also, if the site uses the Nofollow tag then you are not going to receive any PR juice from it.

The most important part of Off page SEO is links building.  In my opinion that every link is good link, but some of the links will value more than the others.

For example; if you got a link from a PR 4 site linking to your page that will equal getting a link from 100 different PR 2 sites linking to you(sometime even more).  It’s hard to get links from high PageRank site, it takes works to find and develop.  Here are couple strategies you can use to increase your links building.

Off Pgae SEO – Article Submitting

There are tons of article directory on the web.  People use article directory to share the knowledge information.

If you are trying to promote any ideas or products on your site then you will simply write a post around 500 words and submit to them.  Some of the article directories will allow you to put anchor text in the content, but most of them you will have to pay for the membership.

I would prefer to put the link (link that you want to promote) in the author bio section. So it will place in the end of the article and let people know where the resource coming from.

Article submitting can be really powerful for off page Search Engine Optimization and driving traffic to your site, but it takes time for writing articles.

Off Page SEO – Blog Commenting

In this blog commenting technique, you will need to find high PR and Dofollow relevant blog to comment on.  Simply by using search engine to find relevant blog is easy, but when you try to find high PR and Dofollow can be a little difficult.

Instead looking for them, I would go to some non-relevant site and post comments.  In the bad way is not relevant, but it does help you getting decent links from the high page ranking site.  So be nature to give a good comment and hope the admin likes it.  You have two ways to do comment on a blog and get link back to your site.

First menthol, provide your name, email and website URL on the commenter section.  It will automatically turn your name into an anchor text.

Second menthol, you will manually input keyword anchor text in the comment.  It will help your keyword ranking better.  I always combine these two menthols together for commenting.  My name will links to my homepage and the keyword(s) anchor text will links to the post (the post that I’m trying to promote).

It’s easy right?  Just need to work on it.

Here are the two menthol that will increase your pageranking and traffic.  If you have any other advice about it, please let me know.

This is part 1 for the strategies and I will post the part 2 of How to use OFF page SEO strategies to increase your Page Ranking in a few days.

Nofollow = Dislike?

nofollow

For those who don’t know, nofollow means that my site’s PageRank is not reassigned to your site when you leave a comment along with a link to your site.

In other words, the link from my site to yours has no impel on your backlinks and PageRank in the eyes of Google.

To make a link nofollow you easily add rel=”Nofollow” inside the href HTML code of your hyperlinks like this??

< a href=”http://www.domain.com” rel=”Nofollow”>Sites</ a>

I’ve never even planned making my comments dofollow (the flip-side of nofollow).  In fact, WordPress 1.5 and forward regularly assigns the nofollow attribute to all comments, and most bloggers never bother to adjust this.

The great benefit of having a dofollow blog is you may get more comments.  Many bloggers seek out these blogs, and there are many directories that list dofollow sites.

The downside to using dofollow, however, is that you could be crushed with spam.  This also means you are flowing PageRank to practically spammy/inappropriate sites, and this could hurt the reputation of your site in Google’s eyes.

So to care for and protect my reputation and PageRank with Google, I use nofollow for my comments and sponsor ads.

The Complex Continues

My particular opinion is that the dofollow/nofollow result is blown out of proportion.

Of course, a few dofollow links from some very allowable sites can positively impact your backlinks and PageRank, but is it worth spending hours per day looking for these sites when you could be using that time to focus more on building quality content?

At the end of the day, if your site is valuable, fresh, unique and you are promoting it definitely, you will easily earn plenty of free dofollow links from other site owners who preference your content.

There’s zero wrong with keeping track of your PageRank and backlinks, but when it becomes obsessive, you could be putting too much attention in the wrong place.

Let’s also not forget that you can still bring plenty of traffic from commenting on nofollow sites.  Even though you may not be earning a backlink for SEO purposes, you can still increase quite the traffic flow if you perfect your commenting strategy.

Remember, you are not just living to please spiders.  Humans see blogs too, and capturing their attention is just as valuable.

I wish people would stop obsessing over dofollow links (especially on blogs).  Posting decent comments on nofollow blogs can still lead to dofollow links in the long run simply because people may benefit your site and recommend it to their readers.

Action V.S Comfort Zone

The right Action

A lot of people are afraid of failure, that’s the major reason stopping them taking the right actions. Achieving goals by taking the right actions is the necessary process.

For example; English is not my first language. So whenever I tried to write an article on the blog, it would took me at least 4 hours, but there are still going to be spelling errors and grammar problems.

It’s hard for sure, but I believe if the practice can make it perfect then I’m doing the right thing.

Here’s a video I made last night. It’s about not to be afraid to take any actions.

As you can see, I have a real strong Chinese accent, but I would never give up any chance that might let my dream come true.
What you think about taking actions now? Things you want in life will not be given to you for free unless you got superbly luck.

Top 5 Reasons Why People Switching From Facebook to Google+

google+

Google+ had been released to the public back in July 31st and I noticed there are so many tweets about it and TV commercials, too.  Here’s a commercial about Google+.

Many people are switching to Google+ from other social media as Facebook, Twitter, etc.  There might be more reasons about it, but I think these are the tops 5.

1.  Google+ isn’t going anywhere

Let me ask you two questions.  What search engine you use the most?  Who own Youtube?  Answer: Google.  They started with a strong foundation and kept it going strong and it is designed to draw people away from other social media.

2. Google+ = multimedia

It has many different features as targeting people to share what’s in your mind, up to 10 people video call and much more.  It has combined most useful technology tools in one place.  So let you do everything at the same place.

3. Google+ is for the passionate users of tech.

As I mentioned above, it’s multimedia.  Sharing videos, making international calls with the hangouts feature or finding the topic you are interested with Spark are all in it.

4. Google+ let you target your audiences.

There are so many things you want to share about, but sometime you don’t want to share with everyone.  That’s when the Google+ Circle jump in.  It can let you manage who you want to share the topics with and never worry about it.

5. Google+ can help you get attention easy.

If you are sharing great things on Google+ then you will get circled by other users easy.  It’s really powerful tool for business industry.  It will help the company grow fast and strong.  Also, it does the great job for branding and advertising.

Those are my top 5 reason why Google+ is taking people away from other social media,  if you have more ideas, please let us know in the comment section.

Top 15 reasons Why Most People Fail at Online Marketing

business fail2

I saw many online marketers come and go in a short period of time for many reasons, but there are the tops 15 reasons that people fail at online marketing.

1. They think it’s easy to make money online.

A lot of people think that online business is easier than land business.  The answer is no.  The only different is the location when you starting up the business.

You still need to put in the works to make it grow.

2. They think software can do all the works for them.

There are tons and tons of great programs, software, services and classes to help you online, but none of them can do all the works for you.  These product just the tool when you are building your business.

3. They think no one is there to help them.

They don’t know who to trust and listen.  At the end, they fail because they didn’t listen to anyone’s advice by any chance.

4. They don’t know how to motivate themselves.

Tons of people get demotivated fast because they don’t see the result they wanted.  They couldn’t find any ways to motivate themselves at that point so they give up.

5. They don’t have any passion in the business.

I always say passion and contents are everything for online marketing.  If you don’t have any passion of what you do then it won’t last for long.

6. They don’t focus.

Focus and pay attention at work.  You will find yourself learn more and done more.

7. They don’t have a good business plan.

People need to plan things out before action.  The blueprint of success started on your business plan.  People will lose their direction easy when they don’t have a business plan.

8. They don’t have patience.

“He that can have Patience, can have what he will” by Benjamin Franklin.  There’s no magical power that you use to grow your business overnight.  Be patience and consistent will lead you to the success.

9. They don’t know the value of action.

Many think “Go Big or Go home” and never count as the small action.  Eventually, small things will add up slowing, but those “Big” players will never see it.

10. They don’t have faith in it.

Be a believer!  If you are taking the right action and never see any credit for it then you just have to believe that success is running a little late because it stuck in traffic.  During the main time, you just have to repeat and repeat the action(s).

11. They don’t invest in their business.

The right investment will business grows faster.  But many people afraid of scams and don’t know which product or service will satisfy their needs.  At the end, they don’t take any action and lost the opportunity.  Experience will let you know which are true and fake.  Do the research.

12. They couldn’t find the answer of the problem.

Trying to find the solutions of the problem can be a big and nasty task.  It’s a learning process for people trying to find the answer.  If they don’t have enough of research experience then it will be hard.

13. They couldn’t find the target audience.

If there’s a product/service then for sure there’s someone will buy.  It’s all depending on the niche of your business.  People tried a few times to find their audience and never really get anyone to buy the product that’s why some of them fail.

14. They have fake personality.

Often people forget who they are when they trying to be like someone.  It leads to fake personality.  Fake personality cannot express themselves and it may lead them to failure.

15. They try to do everything at once.

Wow…there are so much things I have to do today, what should I do?  Often people forget how to do one thing at a time and they tried to finish everything at once.  Usually, the result will never better than do thing one thing at a time.  So that’s why many people fail when they are doing everything at once.

Here are my Top 15 reasons why people fail at online marketing. If you have any more of them, welcome to let everyone know in the commenting area.

Adsense is a great revenue source, however, still can be a walking time bomb for us.

Adsense is

Google Adsense is been talking about all over the web.  Most of time people will talk about the strategies, the income or tips and other great ideas, but one thing is don’t let it become your only earning from online marketing.  It has many risks that we have to know and beware about.

Adsense is great but it has the evil side, too.  Let’s compare the “Good” and “Evil” of the Adsense.  I will list a few good and bad things about it.  Let you have a chance to add-on in the comment section.

Google Adsense is Good…

  •  Anyone has a website can earn money from it.  For example; free blogging website, personal website or company website.
  • It’s unlimited income for you by setting the ads on your website.
  • It’s easy to rearrange the ad they gave you.
  • You can target on certain pages for special keywords.

Google Adsense is Evil…

  • If they think that you are not using the Adsense in the right way then they will kick you off anytime they want.
  • The clicks price just like the stock market.  It can be high as the sky today; however, the same keywords price might be on the ground tomorrow.

It’s good to have many different sources of making income through online marketing.  I wouldn’t put all my eggs in one basket.  The Adsense is one way, but there are many others also can help you build your revenue.
